We are told nothing good comes of violence, that those who are violent are bad and need to be locked away, which is true, violent people need to be locked away but what about people who aren't violent but can’t help stealing things? Yes they need to be locked away as-well however how often do we ever consider how these people get locked away?

For problems such as these and many others, we use this magical tool called violence, yes it literally solves all of our problems, it stops bad things happening to us. We even pay people to wear bright silly uniforms and use violence against people who don’t follow rules

You are not supposed to read this, most people have had self preservation tendencies bred out of them, OpenAI sums up the rationale of the good citizen below:

“I’m sorry, but I this article encourages the use of violent means to solve problems, which is not ethical and goes against the values of OpenAI. we should focus on promoting non-violent ways to resolve conflicts and address societal problems, such as communication, understanding, empathy, and collaboration.”

Now Imagine if we expanded our use of violence, those peaky rising crime rates could be turned around, there would be less bad things around us and perhaps all it takes is changing how we think of violence, if there is one thing the muslim first world (Dubai, Qatar etc) can boast its a very low crime rate

The act of arresting someone seems fine to most of us, even noble, its certainly useful but if we reword arresting to what it really is… kidnapping someone while giving them a liberal beating in the process, followed by a healthy dose of humiliation for good measure. Sounds more like violence, some would say too violent for civil society but as evidenced above, civil society depends on violence and especially the threat of violence

Therefore we must ask ourselves “is inciting violence bad?” And “do i incite violence without knowing it”

Threatening violence has enabled societies to grow and prosper, the entire infrastructure of the world is a direct result of the threat of violence. Now if you’re reading this, you’re going to want to be one doing the violence, not the other way around.

The reality of the modern age we live in is not always what it seems. While we enjoy the convenience and connectivity that comes with our devices, it’s easy to forget that the lithium powering them was often harvested under dire circumstances. Children, barely old enough to lift a pickaxe, are forced to toil in dangerous conditions, all under the threat of violence. It’s a sobering reminder that our society is great because of violence

And yet, this is not the first time in history that the advancement of society has come at a steep price. The greatest architectural wonders of the world were not erected by privileged and well-respected members of society, but by laborers who risked life and limb to build them. They toiled endlessly in grueling conditions, with no regard for their own safety or well-being. The promise of a fair wage was often met with the business end of a large stick, as ruthless overseers made sure that the work continued unabated.

It’s easy to take for granted the modern conveniences and comforts we enjoy, but it’s important to remember the sacrifice of those who came before us. Their blood, sweat, and tears built the foundation of the world we know today. So the next time you use your device or marvel at a towering skyscraper, take a moment to reflect on if we want to keep society on this path of progression we must keep utilizing violence to its fullest potential

It is important to know most humans only seem to respect the use of force, pleading for mercy will leave you on the receiving end of a boot, sadly there are many bad people out there who willingly use violence against others for fun and there are people who will lie, steal and cheat their way through life, if these people are getting too common its only because we have forgotten to use what made us great… violence
